Justice Gatembu Kairu elected new President of Kenya’s Court of Appeal
The Kenyan Court of Appeal has a new President following yesterday’s election of Justice Gatembu Kairu following a four-way race. Alongside more than a decade at the Court of Appeal, Justice Kairu also brings extensive experience as an advocate, arbitrator, mediator, and legal scholar.
