Africa Legal, established in 2018, is a leading pan-African legal media platform dedicated to fostering a connected, engaged legal community. We offer daily news, features, opinions and interviews on a variety of topics relevant to the legal community, along with market insights and data-driven research, providing visibility within global markets.
We also offer affordable, self-paced online courses, host job opportunities, events, and roundtables—all designed to promote success for those who engage with our platform in various ways.
Our audience spans from law students to law firm leaders and in-house counsel, as well as legal professionals at every stage in between who value the opportunities we provide for them to interact in person or virtually.
A message from our founders
Africa Legal’s mission is to build a pan-African legal community, to drive growth and success for everyone who interacts with our platform. Over the last few years we have developed a diverse client base, including local and international law firms, corporations, governments and academia. We highly value these long term relationships, along with the support of our loyal readers.
The feedback we receive from our clients and readers enables us to shape the way our offering evolves and develops. As a result of some of this feedback, we are currently rebuilding our course and job board platforms to improve both offerings for 2025.
